Roadheader plays a very important role in coal mine tunnel excavation,taking EBZ260H roadheader as the research object,the main technical characteristics and technical parameters of the roadheader are analysed.The overall mechanism of the roadheader is complex,and each mechanism cooperates with each other to achieve the functions of the equipment,focusing on the situation of the cutting mechanism,travelling mechanism and hydraulic system,and the travelling department reducer and motor are highly integrated,with strong driving ability and high stability.The EBZ260H roadheader is applied to a coal seam with a length of 1,200 m in the high extraction tunnel boring work,and it is found that the whole boring process is relatively smooth,and very good results have been achieved,and compared with the traditional gunning process,the cost of 159.41 million yuan can be saved.
