掘进巷道围岩稳定性研究及支护设计

以某矿巷道为研究对象,采用悬吊、组合梁理论计算确定支护参数,并提出三种支护方案,其围岩位移、应力相差较小;对于塑性区范围,相比方案二,方案三塑性区范围变大,但与方案一相差较小,符合巷道安全掘进要求;对于锚杆索受力,方案三可充分发挥锚杆索的主动支护性能,锚杆索布局更合理.此外,相比方案一、二,方案三中每排锚杆、锚索数均减少1根,巷道支护成本低,方案三最优.
Taking a.mine roadway as the research object,using suspension,combined beam theory calculation to determine the support parameters,and put forward three kinds of support schemes,the peripheral rock displacement,stress difference is relatively small;for the plastic zone range,compared with scheme 2,scheme 3 plastic zone range becomes larger,but the difference with scheme 1 is small,in line with the requirements of roadway safety excavation;for the anchor cable force,scheme 3 can give full play to the active support performance of anchor cable,and the layout of the anchor cable is more reasonable.The layout of anchor cable is more reasonable.In addition,compared with scheme 1 and 2,each row of anchor rods and anchor cables in scheme 3 is reduced by 1,and the cost of tunnel support is low,so scheme 3 is optimal.
