厚煤顶动压影响巷道支护方案优化设计及应用

Optimised Design and Application of Roadway Support Scheme Affected by Dynamic Pressure on Thick Coal Roofs

针对8206回风巷厚煤顶动压影响巷道存在的顶板易随采随冒的问题,综合运用现场调研、文献检索、理论分析等研究方法,分析该巷道原支护方案的缺陷及应该优化的方向,设计了一套"高预应力锚索整体支护方案",并成功进行了工程实践.掘进支护后的矿压观测表明,实施优化后的支护方案后,巷道顶底板移近量、两帮移近量、顶板离层值均得到了有效控制,实现了安全高效掘进.
Aiming at the support problem of the thick coal top dynamic pressure affected roadway in 8206 return airway,we comprehensively applied the research methods such as on-site research,literature search,theoretical analysis,etc.,analysed the defects of the original support scheme of this roadway and the direction that should be optimised,and designed a set of"high prestressing anchor cable overall support scheme",which has been successfully carried out in the engineering practice.The observation of mine pressure after digging support shows that after the implementation of the optimised support scheme,the amount of top and bottom plate migration,the amount of two gangs migration,and the value of top plate off layer have been effectively controlled,and safe and efficient digging has been achieved.
