Aircraft Stress Simulation Research Based on ANSYS Workbench
The flight state of aircraft in the air has a significant impact on the safety of aviation flight.According to the characteristics of the curved trapezoidal wing aircraft, this paper uses UGNX software to carry out 3D modeling, imports the corresponding model in ANSYS Workbench module, and carries out finite element statics simulation analysis with ANSYS software. In this paper, the total deformation and stress distribution of curved trapezoidal airfoil of different materials are discussed.Combined with the total deformation map and stress distribution map,the simulation results show that the wing part has a large deformation, the most dangerous place exists in the joint of the wing and the edge of the wing,so it is necessary to adjust the material or optimize the structure of the aircraft, the optimized structure can meet the requirements of aircraft flight.By comparing the models of structural steel and aluminum alloy,it is found that the strain distribution of aircraft wings using structural steel is more reasonable, which can meet the requirements of flight operation. This study is of great significance to simplify aircraft structural design and improve design efficiency.
