Application of Periodic Damping Structure in Cab Noise Reduction Aluminum Plate Sound Insulation Characteristics
In view of the building large damping laid defects,puts forward two weeks damping aluminum-rubber plate installation,by establishing the mathematical model of two-dimensional periodic vibration damping structure simulation to study the two-dimensional periodic damping structure modal analysis,and analyzes the aluminum-rubber sheet density,density and shape three main parameters of damping block affects the quantity of sound insulation,the contrast of two-dimensional periodic damping and large damping sound insulation effect.Results show that the change of the modal amplitude decrease trend is more and more obvious with the increase of frequency,this suggests that the laying of two-dimensional periodic damping is more advantageous to reduce vibration of the aluminum and rubber structure.Sound insulation effect with aluminum and rubber block density increases with increasing of density and damping,in 250 hz-1000 hz,the high frequency noise increase is more obvious.Circular cycle aluminum and rubber band gap width is large,the structure forming of sound insulation effect is good.
