摘要
介绍了压力扫描阀现场校准方法.校准系统采用多量程可更换模块数字压力控制,可实现所有型号压力扫描阀校准的工作需要,校准系统采用并行校准结构设计,可实现多台压力扫描阀的同步推阀和标准压力供应,可显著提升校准工作效率.通过校准软件的开发,可实现校准工作的自动化,保证校准结果的准确性和可靠性.
Abstract
The field calibration method of pressure scanning valve is introduced.The calibration system adopts digital pressure control with multi-range replaceable module,which can realise the calibration of all types of pressure scanning valves.The calibration system adopts parallel calibration structure design,which can realise the synchronous push valve and standard pressure supply of multiple pressure scanning valves,which can significantly improve the calibration work efficiency,and through the development of the calibration software,it can realise the automation of the calibration work,which can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the calibration results.
