基于Abaqus的采煤机齿轨轮与销排啮合分析

目前采煤机主要采用齿轨轮-销排的牵引方式,二者经常出现齿面磨损严重甚至齿部折断等现象;通过对某公司生产的126mm节距齿轨轮与市面上主流的两种销排啮合情况进行分析,为齿轨轮和销排的匹配提供依据;在不改变齿轨轮和销排齿形、不增加其他成本的前提下,通过合理的匹配可延长齿轨轮和销排的使用寿命。在齿轨轮与销排的啮合过程中齿面经常会出现磨损,而与磨损相关的主要因素是接触应力,利用Abaqus软件分别建立两组齿轨轮-销排啮合模型进行有限元分析,并分析二者接触应力。仿真分析表明接触应力波动较小且平稳下降的一组模型匹配更加良好,在实际生产中建议将该组齿轨轮和销排配合使用。
An Analysis of Coal Mining Machine Toothed Track Wheel and Pin Row Engagement Based on Abaqus
At present,the coal mining machine mainly adopts toothed rail wheel-pin row traction mode,and both of them often have serious tooth surface wear and even tooth fracture and other phenomena;by analysing the 126 mm pitch toothed rail wheel produced by a company and the mainstream two types of pin row mesh on the market,it can provide the basis of the matching between the toothed rail wheel and the pin row;on the premise of not changing the tooth shape of the toothed rail wheel and the pin row without increasing the cost,the matching can be prolonged by reasonable matching between the toothed rail wheel and the pin row.On the premise of not changing the tooth shape of the wheel and pin and not increasing other costs,the service life of the wheel and pin can be extended through reasonable matching.In the gear wheel and pin row of the meshing process tooth surface often appear wear,and wear related to the main factors is the contact stress,so the use of Abaqus software were established two groups of gear wheel-pin row meshing model for finite element analysis,and analysis of contact stress;contact stress fluctuation is small and smooth decline of a group of model matching is more good,in the actual production of the proposed group of gear wheels and pins with the row with the In actual production,it is recommended to use this group of toothed track wheel and pin row together.
