摘要

以RJKY55-25/600型架空乘人装置为研究对象,基于某煤矿中架空乘人装置现存故障问题,介绍一种矿用架空乘人装置优化设计.借助ABAQUS有限元分析软件,以架空乘人装置拐弯轮作为研究核心,构建拐弯轮仿真模型,实施拐弯轮受力分析.另外,选取改向滑轮和托轮作为关键部件,参考拐弯轮仿真分析过程实施性能仿真,综合确认优化后架空乘人装置综合性能符合使用要求后,将优化设计应用于工程实践,进而确认优化设计具有较强的经济效益.

Abstract

Taking the RJKY55-25/600 type overhead passenger device as an example,based on the existing fault problems of the overhead passenger device in a coal mine,a kind of optimised design of mining overhead passenger device is introduced.With the help of ABAUQS software,we take the inflection wheel of the overhead passenger device as the core of the study,construct the simulation model of the inflection wheel,and implement the force analysis of the inflection wheel.In addition,the steering pulley and carrier wheel are selected as the key components,and the performance simulation is carried out with reference to the simulation analysis process of the steering wheel.After the comprehensive performance of the optimised overhead passenger device is confirmed to be in line with the usage requirements,the optimised design is applied to the engineering practice,which confirms that the optimised design has a strong economic benefit.
