Morphology-Based Noise Reduction of Vibration Signals of Robotic Arm Drive Mechanism
In order to improve the operational stability of the robotic arm transmission mechanism,a noise reduction method of robotic arm vibration signal based on morphological method is designed. The morphological algorithm can obtain ideal impulse noise removal effect and achieve good impulse noise suppression performance. The morphological filtering method can be used to provide better suppression performance for the vibration signal error. An experimental platform is built and signal testing is carried out.The results show that the algorithm in this paper can fully retain the eigenfrequency, and at the same time obtain the noise suppression performance are relatively more ideal. The experimental test results show that the algorithm is relatively more effective in suppressing noise, and the accuracy of the extracted state features is higher. This research can be broadened to other mechanical transmission fields, and has good promotion value.
