Research on the Vibration Characteristics of the Cutting Section of Coal Mining Machine
In order to solve the problem of easy damage of the cutting section of coal mining machine to cut gangue coal seam,taking MG2 × 55/250-BW type thin seam coal mining machine as the research object,using numerical simulation software to simulate the cutting process of the drum,and found that with the increase of the cutting time,the load on the drum at this time shows irregular fluctuation.At the same time,the mean value and extreme value of the drum load under different traction speed and drum rotational speed were studied,and it was found that with the increase of traction speed,the mean value and the maximum value of the spiral drum load showed a gradual increasing trend,and with the increase of drum rotational speed,the mean value and the maximum value of the drum load showed a gradual decreasing trend,and the optimum traction speed was 4.5 m/min,the drum rotational speed was 85 r/min,and the cut-off process at this time was very good.The optimum traction speed is 4.5 m/min and the drum speed is 85 r/min,at this time,the cutting efficiency and cutting coefficient are better.
