Force Analysis and Simulation of Cut-Off by Cut-Off Teeth of Roadheading Machine
The cutter tooth of the roadheader is a direct component of coal rock cutting, and its force has an important impact on its service life, thus affecting the efficiency of coal mining and digging. In view of the changing role of the force of the interceptor teeth, the structural model of the interceptor teeth cutting is established, and the mesh division is processed, and the finite element analysis model of the interceptor teeth cutting is established by using ANSYS simulation and analysis software. The force on the tooth is analysed at three different cut-off depths(2.5 mm,5 mm,7.5 mm),and the results show that the cut-off depth and the cut-off distance have an important influence on the force on the tooth, and the change of the cut-off distance has a different effect on the change of the force on the tooth at different cut-off depths.By changing the ratio of cut-off distance to cut-off depth, the force of cut-off teeth can be reduced and the service life of cut-off teeth can be improved.
