摘要
带式输送机是煤矿开采中常用的输送设备,随着煤矿长距离、大运量的输送,带式输送机的能耗成为研究的重点.针对带式输送机的运行阻力进行分析,搭建了阻力测试系统,在不同的运行载荷、速度及温度作用下,对带式输送机的运行阻力进行分析,得到不同因素的影响作用,从而为带式输送机的使用提供指导,降低带式输送机的能耗.
Abstract
Belt conveyor is a commonly used conveying equipment in coal mining.With the long-distance and large-capacity conveying in coal mines,the energy consumption of belt conveyor has become the focus of research.To analyse the running resistance of the belt conveyor,a resistance test system is built,and the running resistance of the belt conveyor is analysed under the action of different running loads,speeds and temperatures to get the influencing effect of different factors,so as to provide guidance for the use of the belt feeder and reduce the energy consumption of the belt conveyor.
