Influence of Different Hysteresis Angle Variations of Mine Ventilators on Ventilation Performance
Axial flow ventilator is a commonly used type of mine ventilator,which also generates a large amount of energy consumption in the process of ventilation operation.In order to further improve the high efficiency and energy saving level of the mine,the influence of the change of lag angle of the axial flow ventilator is analysed.The analytical model of the ventilator was established in the form of CFD simulation analysis,and the full pressure value and outlet pressure of the ventilator were analysed for three different hysteresis angles.The results show that among the three different hysteresis angles,the full pressure value with 14° hysteresis angle is the largest,and the gradient of outlet pressure is smaller,which has better stability and improves the overall efficiency of the ventilator.
