输送装备用链条表面处理强化技术研究进展

摘要
物料输送设备中输送链的磨损伸长是导致输送链传动系统失效的主要原因之一,需要进行表面强化.分析了输送设备用链条表面处理强化技术研究现状及其失效原因,总结了当前链条表面处理强化技术的研究成果,并阐述了不同表面处理强化技术对链条表面性能的影响机理,以期为进一步提高链条表面处理强化技术的综合性能提供借鉴与指导.最后指出表面织构化结合表面涂层可以有效改善输送链的磨损伸长缺陷,延长其使用寿命.
Abstract
The wear and elongation of the conveyor chain in material conveyor is one of the main reasons for the failure of the conveyor chain transmission system,and surface reinforcement is required.In this paper,the present situation and failure causes of chain surface treatment strengthening technology of conveying equipment are analyzed,the research results of current chain surface treatment strengthening technology are summarized,and the mechanism of different surface treatment strengthening technologies on chain surface performance is expounded in order to provide reference and guidance for further improving the comprehensive performance of chain surface treatment strengthening technology.Finally,surface texture combined with surface coating can effectively improve the wear and elongation defects of the delivery chain and prolong its service life.
