随着现代机械产品的制造与设计水平的不断提高,对机械零件的结构设计要求也日益严格,对其进行结构合理的分析显得尤为重要.基于此,针对机械零件结构合理设计的原理作了简单的论述,着重从零件结构设计的毛坯选择、零件结构设计简化、进一步提高结构经济性设计、零件设计精度、零件结构强度优化、零件加工经济性等方面进行了探讨,以促进零件结构设计的合理性,提高零件结构的精度和强度.
With the continuous improvement of the manufacturing and design level of modern mechanical products,the requirements for the structural design of mechanical parts are becoming more and more stringent,and it is particularly important to analyse their structural rationality.Therefore,a brief discussion is made on the principle of rational design of mechanical parts structure,focusing on several aspects such as blank selection of parts structure design,simplification of parts structure design,further improvement of structural economy design,parts design accuracy,optimisation of strength of parts structure,and economy of parts machining,etc.,in order to promote the rationality of parts structure design,and to improve the accuracy and strength of parts structure.
