随着制造技术的不断发展,数控机床作为现代制造装备中重要的一种,具有高精度、高效率、高自动化等特点,被广泛应用于制造业的各个领域。但是数控机床在加工过程中常常会受到各种因素的干扰,从而使得机床的加工精度受到严重影响,甚至无法满足加工质量的要求。基于此,为了提高数控机床的加工精度,必须采用相应的误差补偿技术。介绍了数控机床误差的类型和产生原因,并详细阐述了误差综合补偿技术的基本原理、方法和途径,同时结合实际应用举例分析了误差综合补偿技术的具体应用效果,从而为数控机床的加工精度提升提供了 一定的参考依据。
Comprehensive Compensation of CNC Machine Tool Error Technical Points and Its Application Practice
With the continuous development of manufacturing technology,CNC machine tools,as an important kind of modem manufacturing equipment,have the characteristics of high precision,high efficiency,high automation,etc.,and are widely used in various fields of manufacturing.However,CNC machine tools are often interfered by various factors in the processing process,which makes the machining accuracy of the machine tool is seriously affected,and even unable to meet the requirements of processing quality.Therefore,in order to improve the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools,the corresponding error compensation technology must be used.This paper introduces the types and causes of CNC machine tool errors,and elaborates on the basic principles,methods and approaches of error compensation technology,while combining the practical application of examples to analyse the specific application of error compensation technology,thus providing a certain reference for the CNC machine tool machining accuracy enhancement.
