摘要
由于数字仿真技术在焊缝应力分析中有着重要的作用,研究将ANSYS有限元分析软件应用到薄板压力圆筒焊缝应力分析中,并探究其具体仿真模拟流程.研究结果表明,有限元分析模型能够简单直观地对焊缝形成过程进行分析,在实际焊缝操作中有着重要的应用价值.
Abstract
Since digital simulation technology has an important role in weld stress analysis,the study tries to apply ANSYS finite element analysis software to the weld stress analysis of thin plate pressure cylinder and explore its specific simulation simulation process.The research results show that the finite element analysis model can be simple and intuitive analysis of the weld formation process,which has an important application value in the actual weld operation.
