Design and Application of Flange Nut Tightening Device
Heavy vehicle flange nut tightening torque is a process parameter that must be guaranteed in the transmission assembly process.The traditional air gun tightening method has the disadvantages of poor assembly consistency,high requirements for operator experience,and difficult quality control and sampling inspection methods.By designing a flange nut tightening device,the flange is prevented from following the rotation phenomenon when tightening the nut.In this way,we can use electric tightening shaft and PLC to realise automatic tightening of flange nut,which can 100％guarantee the assembly quality,reduce the frequency of torque sampling,improve the working efficiency and ensure the working safety.
