摘要

重型汽车凸缘螺母紧固扭矩在变速器装配过程中是一个必须保证的工艺参数.传统风炮拧紧方式存在装配一致性差、对操作工经验要求高、质量控制及抽检方法不易等缺点.通过设计凸缘螺母拧紧装置,避免凸缘在拧紧螺母时跟转现象的发生.这样就可以运用电动拧紧轴和PLC,实现凸缘螺母自动拧紧,100%保证装配质量,降低扭矩抽检频次,提高工作效率,保证工作安全性.

Abstract

Heavy vehicle flange nut tightening torque is a process parameter that must be guaranteed in the transmission assembly process.The traditional air gun tightening method has the disadvantages of poor assembly consistency,high requirements for operator experience,and difficult quality control and sampling inspection methods.By designing a flange nut tightening device,the flange is prevented from following the rotation phenomenon when tightening the nut.In this way,we can use electric tightening shaft and PLC to realise automatic tightening of flange nut,which can 100%guarantee the assembly quality,reduce the frequency of torque sampling,improve the working efficiency and ensure the working safety.
