皮带运输机伸缩机尾优化设计

针对综掘工作面需频繁移设皮带运输机影响作业效率的问题,提出基于皮带运输机机尾装置的优化方案。在分析皮带运输机工作原理的基础上,重点研究了机尾装置的总体结构设计、关键剪式结构设计、关键锁止结构设计,最后完成实施效果分析。分析结果表明,优化后的皮带运输机机尾满足设计及使用要求,有助于提升综掘工作面作业效率。
Optimised Design of Telescopic Tail for a Belt Conveyor
Aiming at the problem that the belt conveyor needs to be moved frequently in the comprehensive excavation face,which affects the operation efficiency,an optimisation scheme based on the tail device of the belt conveyor is proposed.On the basis of analysing the working principle of the belt conveyor,it focuses on the overall structural design of the tail device,the key shear structure design,the key locking structure design,and finally completes the implementation effect analysis.The analysis results show that the optimised belt conveyor machine tail meets the design and use requirements,and helps to improve the operating efficiency of the comprehensive excavation working face.
