摘要
井下气动单轨吊设备是吊挂在巷道顶板轨道上的一种关键辅助运输设备,为提高其安全输送性能,分析了井下气动单轨吊结构及运行原理,对单轨吊制动系统进行设计,并对制动动作的关键机构进行模拟应用研究.测试结果可以看出,单轨吊制动平稳,行走、制动动作稳定可靠,满足设计要求.
Abstract
Underground pneumatic monorail crane equipment is a kind of key auxiliary transport equipment hanging on the roof track of the roadway,in order to improve its safe conveying performance,the structure and operation principle of the underground pneumatic monorail crane are analysed,and by designing the braking system of the monorail crane and simulating the key mechanism of the braking action,an application study is carried out.The test results can be seen that the monorail crane brakes smoothly,travelling,braking action is stable and reliable,and meets the design requirements.
