大采高环境下采煤机摇臂的设计及应用

为探究大采高环境下的采煤效率提升路径,从采煤机摇臂的角度着手,探究大采高环境下采煤机摇臂的设计工作。结合大采高环境下的一般需求,对采煤机摇臂的整体结构进行设计;分别对采煤机摇臂的传动组件和壳体两个重要组成部分进行设计,并对其设计要点进行初步探究;对设计完成的采煤机摇臂进行仿真分析。结果显示,面向大采高环境所设计的采煤机摇臂结构具有相对较优的综合性能,以期在今后逐步得到实际应用。
Design and Application of Coal Mining Machine Rocker Arm in Large Height Mining Environment
In order to explore the path to improve the efficiency of coal mining under the environment of large mining height,we start from the perspective of the rocker arm of coal mining machine to explore the design of the rocker arm of coal mining machine under the environment of large mining height.Combined with the general needs of large height mining environment,the overall structure of coal mining machine rocker arm is designed;the two important components of coal mining machine rocker arm,transmission components and shell,are designed,and their design points are initially explored;the simulation analysis of the designed coal mining machine rocker arm is carried out,and the results of the analysis show that the coal mining machine rocker arm structure designed for the large height mining environment has a relatively better overall performance,and is expected to be gradually applied in the future.The results show that the rocker arm structure designed for large height mining environment has relatively good comprehensive performance,and is expected to be gradually applied in the future.
