摘要
寺河煤矿井下工作面液压支架以往自锁球形截止阀对下游管路无卸荷功能而易引发安全事故,设计了一种新型液压支架用截止卸荷阀,可实现进液截止、同步卸荷双重功能.对该阀的结构、工作原理、特点、性能进行了分析阐述,并在5312工作面进行了应用,能有效实现进液截止及卸荷功能,安全经济效益显著.
Abstract
The previous self-locking spherical shut-off valve of hydraulic support in underground face of Sihe coal mine has no unloading function for downstream pipeline and it is easy to cause safety accidents.A new type of shut-off and unloading valve for hydraulic support is designed,which can realise the dual functions of liquid inlet shut-off and synchronous unloading.The structure,working principle,characteristics and performance of the valve are analysed and elaborated,and it is applied in 5312 working face,which can effectively achieve the function of liquid inlet cut-off and unloading,and the safety and economic benefits are remarkable.
