近年来,高瓦斯矿井接替、高瓦斯煤层开采、大采高技术的应用以及安全装备的全面覆盖,原来安装运行的催化燃烧式低浓度甲烷传感器和便携式甲烷测定器已不能满足建设要求,需要轮换的高低浓甲烷传感器量大大增加。现有的DCKJ-1型高低浓甲烷传感器检定装置检定样品台数有限,改造后增加悬挂装置、稳压电源、分线板和接线电缆,可以成倍地增加仪器的检定数量。
Upgrading of Mining High and Low Concentration Methane Sensor Calibration Device
In recent years,with the succession of high gas mines,mining of high gas seams,the application of large mining height technology and the comprehensive coverage of safety equipment,the catalytic combustion type low concentration methane sensors and portable methane determiners originally installed and operated can no longer meet the requirements of the construction,and the amount of high and low concentration methane sensors needing to be rotated has increased greatly.The existing DCKJ-1 type high and low concentration methane sensor calibration device calibration samples are limited,after the transformation to increase the suspension device,voltage regulator power supply,distribution board and wiring cable,can multiply the number of instrument calibration.
