摘要
通过对比国内现有铁路起重转向架的各项技术,介绍一种新型的焊接式铁路起重机转向架,描述了其基本结构及关键参数,同时利用SIMPACK多体动力学仿真分析软件,建立铁路起重机动力学计算模型,研究减振器阻尼系数、轴箱拉杆定位刚度对车辆动力学性能的影响,为转向架悬挂参数选取提供理论依据.
Abstract
By comparing the various technologies of the existing railway lifting bogies in China,this paper introduces a new type of welded railway crane bogie,describes the basic structure and key parameters,and uses SIMPACK multibody dynamics simulation and analysis software to establish a railway crane dynamics calculation model,study the damping coefficient of shock absorber and the influence of axlebox tie rod positioning stiffness on vehicle dynamic performance,and provide a theoretical basis for the selection of bogie suspension parameters.
