教学中基于PowerMILL加工路径的优化及应用

数控加工过程中,在机床、刀具、工件材质等加工条件固定的情况下,可通过调整加工工艺来提高加工效率或解决加工过程存在的问题。主要结合在教学过程利用PowerMILL编程软件的优化功能对加工路径进行优化,解决加工过程刀具严重磨损、断刀等现象,最大可能地提高加工效率。
Optimization and Application of Machining Path Based on PowerMILL in Teaching
In the process of NC processing,when the processing conditions(such as machine tools,cutters,workpiece materials,etc.)are fixed,the processing efficiency can be improved or the problems in the processing can be solved by adjusting the processing technology.This paper mainly uses the optimization function of PowerMILL programming software in the teaching process to optimize the processing path,solve the serious tool wear,tool breakage and other phenomena in the processing process,and maximize the processing efficiency.
