基于ANSYS的采煤机销轴及齿轮的优化研究

为了解决采煤机在运行过程中出现的摇臂销轴运行断裂及齿轮断裂问题,建立了销轴和齿轮的三维结构模型,并建立了采煤机运行时摇臂调高的力学模型,利用ANSYS和ADAMS有限元仿真分析的方法对采煤机运行过程中销轴、齿轮的受力情况进行分析,并针对性地提出了优化措施。根据实际应用表明,优化后彻底解决了销轴运行中的断裂和齿轮断裂问题,极大地提升了采煤机运行的稳定性和可靠性。
Optimisation Study of Pin and Gear of Coal Mining Machine Based on ANSYS
In order to solve the problems of rocker pin running fracture and gear fracture during the operation of coal mining machine,the three-dimensional structural model of the pin and gear was established,and the mechanical model of the rocker arm heightening during the operation of the coal mining machine was established,and the force situation of the pin and gear during the operation of the coal mining machine was analysed by using the method of finite element simulation and analysis in ANSYS and ADAMS,and the optimization measures were vibrationally put forward.According to the practical application shows that the optimisation completely solves the problem of pin shaft fracture and gear fracture in operation,and greatly improves the stability and reliability of coal mining machine operation.
