数控机床机械加工效率的提高方法研究

为进一步探究数控机床机械加工效率的提高措施,以数控机床加工反馈数据和相关工艺知识为基础,并结合相关理论,确定通过提升刀具进给速度的方式来提高数控机床的机械加工效率,由此提出优化算法,再根据实际加工条件设置约束,对优化算法做进一步改进,建立数控机床机械加工效率的提高方法。通过实际应用测试环节获得的数据信息可知,本次建立的方法能够在提升效率的同时保证加工质量,证明其具有一定的现实可行性。
Research on the Improvement Method of Machining Efficiency of CNC Machine Tools
In order to further explore the measures to improve the machining efficiency of CNC machine tools,based on the feedback data of CNC machine tool processing and related process knowledge,and combined with relevant theories,it is determined to improve the machining efficiency of CNC machine tools by increasing the tool feed rate,thus proposing an optimisation algorithm,and then setting constraints according to the actual machining conditions to further improve the optimisation algorithm,and establish the method of improving the machining efficiency of CNC machine tools.The optimisation algorithm is further improved according to the constraints set in the actual machining conditions to establish the method of improving the machining efficiency of CNC machines.Through the actual application of the data obtained in the test session,it can be seen that the established method can improve efficiency while ensuring the quality of machining,which proves that it has a certain degree of practical feasibility.
