ZY4000型掩护式液压支架底座强度分析与改进设计

以ZY4000型掩护式液压支架底座为研究对象,借助ANSYS Workbench有限元仿真分析软件,开展了底座强度分析工作。结果表明,液压支架底座结构过桥位置存在应力集中情况,不能保证液压支架底座可靠工作。对比分析液压支架底座过桥板厚度为25 mm、27 mm、29 mm、31 mm、33 mm、35 mm时的等效应力分布情况可知,随着过桥板厚的增大,应力集中数值逐渐降低,过桥板厚为35 mm具有最优的力学性能。对完成改进之后的底座进行试验验证,结果表明,改进底座的应用,提升了底座的承载能力,减少了设备运维人员和成本,提高了液压支架的工作可靠性,能够为煤炭企业创造更多的经济效益。
Strength Analysis and Improvement Design of ZY4000 Cover Type Hydraulic Support Base
Taking the base of ZY4000 covered hydraulic support as the research object,the strength analysis of the base was carried out with the help of ANSYS Workbench finite element simulation and analysis software.The results show that there is stress concentration in the bridge position of the hydraulic support base structure,which can not guarantee the reliable work of the hydraulic support base.Comparing and analysing the equivalent stress distribution when the bridge thickness of the hydraulic support base is 25 mm,27 mm,29 mm,31 mm,33 mm and 35 mm,it is known that with the increase of the bridge thickness,the value of stress concentration gradually decreases,and the bridge thickness of 35 mm has the optimal mechanical properties.After the completion of the improvement of the base for test verification,the results show that the application of the improved base,enhance the bearing capacity of the base,reduce the equipment operation and maintenance personnel and costs,improve the reliability of the hydraulic bracket,can create more economic benefits for the coal enterprises.
