基于实际生产工艺的煤矿9-19型离心风机优化分析

为进一步探究煤矿离心风机可能优化路径,以9-19型离心风机为研究对象,针对其叶轮模型的不利力学环境,通过建模和有限元分析方法,明确其叶片部位需要重点优化,并以叶片后盘部位优化加固模式予以优化。结果显示,优化后的叶轮模型在应力分布情况上显著改善,且基本不存在共振等风险,表明此次优化设计工作取得一定进展,在实际工作中也将具有潜在应用价值。
Optimization Analysis of Type 9-19 Centrifugal Fan in Coal Mine Based on Actual Production Technology
In order to further explore the possible optimization path of centrifugal fan in coal mine,taking model 9-19 centrifugal fan as an example,aiming at the unfavorable mechanical environment of its impeller model,through modeling and finite element analysis,it is clear that the blade part needs to be optimized,and the optimization and reinforcement mode of the blade rear disk part is optimized.The results show that the stress distribution of the optimized impeller model is significantly improved,and there is basically no risk of resonance,which indicates that the optimization design has made some progress,and it will have potential application value in practical work.
