In view of the poor speed control ability and insufficient anti-interference ability of mine hoist speed control system,the original speed control system was optimized.The speed regulation model of high power electric excitation synchronous motor was established,and the AC-DC-AC frequency conversion control strategy was designed.The fault-tolerant control strategy of double windings in series is designed to realize the purpose of constant magnetic torque and half speed and reliable operation.Based on the active disturbance rejection control strategy,the zero-speed hover scheme of the hoist is designed to improve the anti-external disturbance ability of the hoist.Finally complete the field application analysis.The results show that the optimized speed control system of mine hoist meets the safety regulations and design requirements of coal mine,and achieves the purpose of improving speed control and anti-interference ability and safe and reliable operation.
