摘要

针对永安煤矿选煤厂W26F54浅槽重介质分选机上升流系统频繁发生堵塞问题,导致精煤产品质量下降、人工成本增加等问题,在对堵塞问题原因分析基础上,对上升流系统结构从系统管路改造、布流孔板结构改造、上升流介质斗缓冲版改造进行了系统改造.实践应用表明:改造后上升流系统堵塞频率降低了 95%,对分选效果无影响,经济效益显著.

Abstract

Yongan coal mine coal processing plant W26F54 shallow heavy media sorting machine upflow system frequent clogging problems,resulting in the quality of fine coal products decline,increased labour costs and other issues.On the basis of the analysis of the causes of clogging problems,the upflow system structure has been transformed from system pipeline modification,fabric flow orifice plate structure modification,and upflow media hopper buffer plate modification.Practical application shows that:the clogging frequency of the upflow system is reduced by 95%after the modification,and there is no effect on the sorting effect,and the economic benefits are remarkable.
