以ZY7800-15/30D型液压支架为研究对象,利用Ansys软件对其进行机械性能分析后,得出了其应力集中的主要原因.采用增大过桥钢板厚度、减小侧板及筋板厚度等方法,对底座结构进行了优化,使结构最大应力降低了 58.28%.通过对液压支架的改造,使其实际生产中得到了良好的应用,其使用寿命提高了一半以上,为液压支架的安全、可靠运行提供了有力的保证.
Research on Force Analysis and Improvement of ZY7800/15/30D Hydraulic Support Base
Taking ZY7800-15/30D hydraulic support as an example,after analysing its mechanical properties by using Ansys software,the main reason for its stress concentration was obtained.The base structure was optimised by increasing the thickness of the overpass steel plate and reducing the thickness of the side plate and fascia plate,which reduced the maximum stress of the structure by 58.28%.Through the transformation of the hydraulic bracket,it has been well applied in actual production,and its service life has been increased by more than half,which provides a strong guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the hydraulic bracket.
