副立井提升系统扁尾绳保护装置优化改进研究

郑庄煤矿副立井提升系统提升高度752。8 m,最大提升速度11 m/s,安装有扁尾绳保护装置,但原设计尾绳保护装置对尾绳侧边磨损较重,影响煤矿生产安全。基于此,对提升机尾绳损伤的原因进行分析,针对性地对尾绳保护装置进行优化改进。实践应用结果表明,优化改进后的扁尾绳保护装置对尾绳的磨损保护效果显著,有效地减少了尾绳侧边磨损情况,尾绳电气保护系统全面可靠,有效地保障了提升机系统的安全可靠运行,安全经济效益显著。
Optimisation and Improvement of Flat Tail Rope Protection Device in Sub-Riser Hoisting System
Zhengzhuang coal mine deputy shaft hoisting system lifting height 752.8m,the maximum lifting speed of 11 m/s,installed flat tail rope protection device,but the original design of the tail rope protection device on the tail rope side of the wear and tear of the heavier,affecting the safety of coal mine production.The causes of hoist tail rope damage are analysed,and the tail rope protection device is optimized and improved.The results of practical application show that the optimised and improved flat tail rope protection device has a significant effect on the wear and tear protection of the tail rope,effectively reduces the wear of the tail rope side,and the tail rope electrical protection system is comprehensive and reliable,which effectively guarantees the safe and reliable operation of the hoisting machine system,and the safety and economic benefits are significant.
