为解决当前煤矿空压机电能消耗过大且效率较低的问题,结合实践生产开展了空压机节能设计和余热回收系统设计方面的研究。其中,在空压机节能方面通过重新选型空压机以及采用变频节能启动达到目的;在余热回收系统方面,通过配置不同型号的余热回收系统实现对热能的回收利用。验证了空压机节能改造和余热回收系统的实际应用效果,并取得理想效果。
Overall Programme Design of Energy-Saving Heat Recovery for Mine Air Compressors
In order to solve the problem of excessive power consumption and low efficiency of coal mine air compressor,research on energy-saving design of air compressor and design of waste heat recovery system has been carried out in combination with practical production.Among them,in terms of energy saving of air compressor,the purpose is achieved by re-selecting air compressor and adopting frequency conversion energy-saving startup;in terms of waste heat recovery system,the recovery of heat energy is realised by configuring different models of waste heat recovery system.Finally,the energy-saving transformation of the air compressor and the practical application of the waste heat recovery system are verified and the ideal results are achieved.
