带式输送机驱动装置架结构优化设计

为了解决带式输送机驱动装置架易损坏的问题,利用模拟软件对其静力学及振动模态进行分析,发现结构的最大应力值为101。58 MPa,最大变形量为0。520 46 mm,整体结构强度、刚度符合要求,但发现前六阶模态的频率均小于电机的激励频率,易发生共振损坏。后对驱动装置架进行结构优化,优化后除一、二阶固有频率之外,剩余模态的固有频率均不小于电动机的激励频率,有效提升了结构稳定性。
Optimised Design of Belt Conveyor Drive Frame Structure
In order to solve the problem of easy damage of the belt conveyor drive frame,the static mechanics and vibration modal analysis using simulation software,found that the maximum stress value of the structure is 101.58 Mpa,the maximum deformation is 0.52046 mm,the overall structural strength,stiffness meets the requirements,but found that the frequency of the first six modal orders are less than the excitation frequency of the motor is easy to resonance damage.After the structural optimisation of the drive unit frame,the inherent frequencies of the remaining modes except the first and second order inherent frequencies are not less than the excitation frequency of the motor,which effectively improves the structural stability.
