为解决往复式压缩机一级气缸支撑环、活塞环磨损问题,多方查找问题根源,与同行对标对表,排除了设备安装、备件质量、工艺操作等问题,采取从设备入口安装过滤器净化气体介质;对缸体镜面进行绗磨修复,提高镜面光洁度较少摩擦;调节气缸注油量,保证润滑等多方面措施,提高支撑环、活塞环的使用时间。经过上述的改进,现压缩机一级支撑环、活塞环使用时间均能保证在70 d以上,设备的长周期运行既满足了工艺生产需要,又减少了倒机和维修成本。
