Research on Sorting Scheme of Coal Processing Plant and Evaluation of Industrial Test Effect
Based on the status quo of high medium consumption per ton of raw coal and low sorting precision in a coal preparation plant,the flotation scheme of heavy media cyclone is optimised and improved in combination with the actual production,and the effect of industrial test is examined.After continuous optimisation,the medium consumption per ton of raw coal is greatly reduced,the ash content of heavy media concentrate is reduced by about 2％,the yield is greatly improved,and the optimisation effect of the scheme is remarkable.
