为解决随着工作面的推进通风系统无法满足《煤矿井工开采通风技术条件》的规定的问题,结合实践生产对工作面通风阻力、通风量以及通风机性能参数进行测定的基础上,掌握通风系统后续优化改造的方向,并对三种优化改造的方案的通风效果、安全性以及施工量进行综合比对,最终得出了最优化改造方案.
Measurement of the Performance and Safety Optimisation of Main Ventilation Fans in Mines
In order to solve the problem that the ventilation system fails to meet the provisions of Ventilation Technical Conditions for Coal Mine Shaft Mining with the advancement of the working face,based on the determination of the ventilation resistance,ventilation volume and performance parameters of the ventilation fan in combination with the practical production of the working face,it is possible to grasp the direction of the ventilation system's subsequent optimisation and reconstruction,and to make a comprehensive comparison of the three optimisation and reconstruction schemes in terms of ventilation effect,safety and construction volume,and finally to arrive at the optimal reconstruction scheme.The three optimised solutions were compared and the optimal transformation plan was finally obtained.
