为降低工作面粉尘煤尘的浓度,以确保工作面设备的安全运行和作业人员的身心健康,在对喷雾降尘机理研究的基础上,得出了影响喷雾系统雾化效果的因素;基于CFD软件对于初设的喷嘴结构参数进行优化设计,达到喷嘴口直径与内腔孔直径、喷嘴长度的相互匹配,并确定最佳供水压力为4MPa。
Design and Improvement of Coal Mining Machine Spray Dust Reduction System
In order to reduce the concentration of dusty coal seam in the working face to ensure the safe operation of the working face equipment and the physical and mental health of the operators,the factors affecting the atomisation effect of the spray system are derived on the basis of the research on the mechanism of dust reduction by spraying;based on the optimisation design of the initial nozzle structure parameters by CFD software,the nozzle diameter and the diameter of the inner cavity hole and the nozzle length are optimised to achieve the matching of the nozzle diameter and the nozzle length and the optimal water supply pressure is determined to be 4 MPa.The optimal water supply pressure is 4 MPa.
