山西晋城某煤矿薄煤层工作面采用MG300/700-WDK型采煤机,该采煤机自动化和智能化程度不高,为实现该煤矿9103工作面智能化建设,对该采煤机进行自动化与智能化控制技术改进。实践应用表明,改进后采煤机可实现自动记忆截割功能、降低设备故障率、实现了少人作业,提高了生产效率的优点,安全经济效益显著。
Improvement Research on Automation and Intelligent Control Technology of Coal Mining Machine
A coal mine in Jincheng,Shanxi uses MG300/700-WDK type coal miner in the thin seam working face,which has a low degree of automation and intelligence.In order to realise the intelligent construction of 9103 working face in this coal mine,the automation and intelligent control technology of this coal miner is improved.Practical application shows that the improved coal mining machine can realise the function of automatic memory cut-off,which has the advantages of reducing the failure rate of the equipment,realising the operation of fewer people,improving the production efficiency,and the safety and economic benefits are remarkable.
