摘要

为进一步提升煤矿带式输送机的运行质量,基于智能控制理念,对煤矿带式输送机智能控制及监控系统整体架构进行设计,而后对该系统中的PLC、智能控制、通信功能等设计工作要点进行详细探讨,以完成系统设计.对系统进行测试,结果显示,该系统各项功能均可正常进行,表明设计的系统在实际工作中具有一定的应用价值.

Abstract

In order to further improve the operation quality of coal mine belt conveyor,based on the concept of intelligent control,the overall structure of the intelligent control and monitoring system of coal mine belt conveyor is designed,and then the PLC,intelligent control,communication function and other design points in the system are discussed in detail to complete the system design.Finally,the system is tested,and the results show that all the functions of the system can be carried out normally,indicating that the system designed in this design will also have a certain application value in practical work.
