采煤机高精度轨迹跟踪控制系统设计及仿真分析

为解决采煤机无法根据煤岩条件对其截割高度进行自主、高精度控制的问题,以MG300/711-WD采煤机为研究对象,在对其调高系统液压分系统进行改进的基础上,提出了基于煤岩识别的高精度轨迹跟踪控制系统,并为其配套基于速度前馈的PID控制策略,降低了采煤机截割岩层的风险。
Design and Simulation Analysis of High-Precision Trajectory Tracking Control System for Coal Mining Machine
In order to solve the problem that coal mining machine cannot control its cutting height autonomously and with high precision according to coal and rock conditions,taking MG300/711-WD coal mining machine as an example,based on the improvement of hydraulic sub-system of its height-adjusting system,a high-precision trajectory tracking control system based on the identification of coal and rock has been proposed,and it is equipped with the PID control strategy based on the feed-forward of the speed,which reduces the risk of the rock cut of the coal mining machine.The risk of coal mining machine cutting rock layer is reduced.
