基于数据融合技术的采煤机自动调高系统研究

针对某煤矿开采面采煤机记忆截割方法高度自主调节控制性不理想的问题,结合数据融合技术提出一种记忆截割轨迹改进方法。该方法融合BP神经网络算法计算记忆截割路径,设计自主高度调节控制系统。经过现场实验验证,改进之后的记忆截割轨迹能更好地适应不同煤层,人工纠正次数降低1/2,提升了采煤机的工作效率。
Research on Automatic Height Adjustment System of Coal Mining Machine Based on Data Fusion Technology
Aiming at the problem of unsatisfactory control of autonomous height adjustment of coal mining machine memory cutting method in a coal mining face,a memory cutting trajectory improvement method is proposed by combining data fusion technology,BP neural network algorithm is integrated to calculate the memory cutting path,and an autonomous height adjustment control system is designed and verified by on-site experiments,which shows that:the improved memory cutting trajectory can be better adapted to different coal seams,the number of manual corrections is reduced by 1/2,and the height adjustment system is improved by 2%,and the number of manual corrections is reduced by 2%.The number of corrections is reduced by 1/2,which improves the working efficiency of coal mining machine.
