Fault Detection Methods for Belt Conveyor Rollers in Coal Mines
This paper analyzes the common fault types and causes of coal mine belt conveyor rollers,a set of roller fault detection system is designed to detect roller faults by embedding the detecting device into the conveyor belt and displaying the operation interface,which realizes the dynamic detection process of roller faults,displays the operation interface on the type of faults,fault anomalies,and the history of detecting data,and provides a timely early warning of the faulty rollers'positioning,which greatly improves the detection reliability and efficiency.The reliability and efficiency of detection is greatly improved,and the application effect is remarkable.
