Design and Implementation of Remote Monitoring System for Coal Mine Nitrogen Generator
In the practical application of a coal mine,in order to solve the shortcomings of the nitrogen generator and booster in the nitrogen production system, which have low efficiency and are controlled by a single machine and cannot be operated centrally,a PLC-based remote monitoring system of the nitrogen generator is designed and implemented. The remote monitoring system of nitrogen generator based on PLC,combined with Profibus-DP network and Modbus communication, sets up and integrates several sets of nitrogen generators and carries out combination optimisation and real-time monitoring of them.Through the pressure test and one control success rate test, the results show that:with the increase of concurrency, the data communication delay will increase, and there is a certain number of packet loss, but the packet loss rate is within the controllable range;when the test group is smaller, the control success rate can reach 100%,and when the test data is large, and the test group is larger, the control success rate can be maintained at more than 99%.The synthesis shows that the cloud server is effective for remote monitoring system of nitrogen generator.
