基于煤流量监控的带式输送机监测方案设计

摘要
针对煤矿智能输送系统中煤流负载体积的测量,基于激光散斑方法提出一种带式输送机煤流负载测量方案,建立实验仪器对带式输送机煤流量测量方案验证,采用RGB-D相机拍取各种带速下的实验数据,对比研究各种带速下煤流负载的监测结果.研究表明,采用RGB-D相机的带式输送机煤流负载测量方案的准确率大于95%.
Abstract
Aiming at the measurement of coal flow load volume in the intelligent conveyor system of coal mine,a coal flow load measurement scheme of belt conveyor is proposed based on the laser scattering method,and an experimental instrument is set up to verify the coal flow measurement scheme of belt conveyor,and the experimental data under various belt speeds are taken by the RGB-D camera,which is used for the comparative study of the monitoring results of the coal flow load under various belt speeds,and the study shows that the accuracy rate of coal flow load measurement scheme of belt conveyor using the RGB-D camera is more than 95%.The study shows that the accuracy of the coal flow load measurement scheme of belt conveyor using RGB-D camera is more than 95%.
