采煤机截割轨迹自动跟踪调控系统的设计及应用

传统采煤机在进行截割作业时,其截割路径主要依靠井下工作人员来进行人工调节控制,这种控制方式存在控制效果差、截割作业时截割滚筒定位精度差、易出现触顶事故等问题,极大地影响煤矿井下综采作业安全的现状。基于此,开发出一套全新的采煤机截割轨迹自动追踪控制系统。该系统优化了传统的记忆截割技术,通过设计核心调控模块,实现了采煤机在综采作业过程中的截割路径自动规划。这个系统的应用,使采煤机的截割精度和稳定性得到了极大提升,从而显著增加了矿井的综合效益和经济收益。
Design of Automatic Tracking and Regulating System for Cutting Track of Coal Mining Machine
When the traditional coal mining machine carries out cutting operation,the cutting path mainly relies on the underground staff to manually adjust and control,and there are many problems in this control method,such as poor control effect,poor positioning accuracy of the cutting drum during cutting operation,and prone to roof-touching accidents,etc.,which greatly affects the safety of the integrated mining operation in the underground coal mines.In response to the above situation,a new set of automatic tracking control system for the cutting track of coal mining machine is developed.This system optimises the traditional memory cutting technology,and realises the automatic planning of the cutting path of coal mining machine in the process of comprehensive mining operation by designing the core regulating module.The application of this system greatly improves the cutting accuracy and stability of the coal mining machine,which significantly increases the comprehensive benefits and economic returns of the mine.
