摘要

为实现通风机的智能调速,提升风机运行可靠性,设计了局部通风机智能控制系统,包括局部通风机控制系统、冗余供电系统,并应用Lab VIEW软件设计上位机监控系统远程控制通风机,实现自动化管理;并将该局部风机智能控制系统应用在巷道掘进期.实测数据结果表明,该智能控制系统不仅能够有效控制瓦斯浓度值,而且节约了大量电能.

Abstract

In order to realise the intelligent speed regulation of the ventilator and improve the reliability of the fan operation.The local ventilator intelligent control system is designed,including local ventilator control system,redundant power supply system,and Lab VIEW software is applied to design the upper computer monitoring system to remotely control the ventilator to achieve automated management;and this local ventilator intelligent control system is applied in the tunneling period,and the measured data show that not only the gas concentration can be effectively controlled,but also a large amount of electric energy is saved.
