摘要

现代建筑施工中,塔式起重机发挥着重要作用,而回转支承系统是塔式起重机的关键部分.合理设计回转支承系统装配工艺,对塔式起重机的长周期工作极为有利.基于回转支承系统的制作装配工序,分析有效设计塔式起重机回转支承系统的相关装配工艺.研究结果显示,在装配回转支承系统时,既要遵循既定装配顺序,又要适当调整齿轮啮合间隙与回转支承安装位置,由此才能实现塔式起重机回转装配质量的提升.

Abstract

Tower cranes play an important role in modem construction,and the slewing bearing system is a key part of tower cranes.Reasonable design of the assembly process of the slewing bearing system is extremely favourable to the long-cycle work of the tower crane.Based on the fabrication and assembly process of the slewing bearing system,the related assembly process of the slewing bearing system of tower crane is analysed and designed effectively.The research results show that when assembling the slewing support system,it is necessary to follow the established assembly sequence,and also to adjust the gear meshing clearance and slewing bearing installation position appropriately,so as to achieve the improvement of the quality of the slewing assembly of the tower crane.
