为解决鼓风机喘振现象对设备本身造成的影响,甚至会发生爆炸和火灾等事故的问题,在对高炉炼钢工艺和鼓风机简单概述的基础上,对鼓风机喘振现象的判断机理、影响因素和防喘振控制原理进行深入分析,最终得出基于鼓风机实时工况点与喘振点能量头比值为判断是否出现喘振现象的依据,并确定不同比值对应的放风阀开度之间的关系,为指导鼓风机实践应用的防喘振控制奠定基础。
Research on Anti-Surge Control of a Blower
In order to solve the problem of the impact of the blower's surge phenomenon on the equipment itself,and even the occurrence of explosions and fires and other accidents,on the basis of a brief overview of the blast furnace steelmaking process and the blower,an in-depth analysis is carried out on the judgement mechanism of the surge phenomenon of the blower,the factors affecting it and the principle of the control of the anti-surge,and it is concluded that,based on the ratio of the real-time working condition point of the blower to the energy head of the surge point,the blower can be used as a basis for judging whether there is the phenomenon of surge or not.Finally,based on the ratio of real-time working condition of the blower and the energy head of the surge point,it is concluded that it is the basis for judging whether there is a surge phenomenon or not,and determining the relationship between the openings of the air release valve corresponding to different ratios,which lays the foundation for guiding the anti-surge control of the blower in practice.
